PREMIERE: Sonia Tetlow — “Now”

I owe a lot to Sonia Tetlow, and if you’ve been reading the blog for a while, then you do too. This whole thing pretty much exists because I got tired of harassing Ninebullets to feature her work. (Now that I’m a fairly established blogger, I completely sympathize with Bryan.) And if you click back through the stuff I’ve written about her music, my relationship with it is even more personal.


In her upcoming album Now, Sonia’s circled back to her rock and punk roots. She swapped out her usual collaborators to breathe fresh air into her compositions. When I heard there would be synths involved, I admit I got a little nervous. But it absolutely works (as you’ll see below.) I can’t wait til November 3rd, when the album is out, so I can tell you more about it. But in the meantime, enjoy this morsel:
