Tan Sanders and the Derelicts pack a mean swagger with their alt-country. It’s all in the guitar, really, as we can hear in the Goldsboro, NC’s new single “That’s OK.” While Sanders delivers the requisite breakup lyrics with the requisite world-weary, cigarette-stained voice, the lead guitar carries us through the narrator’s pain with a wry twist.
Sure, the breakup is sad, but we know that the narrator is going to get back in the saddle soon, much like the skaters in the band’s new video.
